Freedom of information - Disclosure log
Section 11C of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) requires Government agencies, Ministers and business entities, such as NBN Co, to publish a Disclosure Log on their websites. The Disclosure Log lists information, which has been released in response to an FOI access request. Any information published in the Disclosure Log will generally be available for public access.
You can find documents disclosed by NBN Co pursuant to an FOI request in the Downloads section of this page.
It is important to note that the Disclosure Log publication requirements do not apply to:
As a general rule, NBN Co will publish documents on this webpage at the same time or soon after they are released to applicants. The FOI Act requires NBN Co to publish the documents within 10 days after an applicant is given access – and all opportunities for third party review have been exhausted.
If a document mentioned in the Disclosure Log is not available for download, you can request that a copy be sent to you by writing to:

If you are unable to read documents in the format provided, please contact the FOI Officer at the address above. We will try to meet all reasonable requests for alternate document formats in a timely manner and at the lowest reasonable cost to you.
Documents in our Disclosure Log may be removed after 12 months, unless NBN Co considers that the information has ongoing public value. Any comments or suggestions regarding the retention of documents on the Disclosure Log should be made to the FOI Officer at the email address mentioned above.

- Any information if it is not reasonably practicable to publish the information because of the extent of modifications that would need to be made to delete the information listed in the above dot points.
