Industry submission received

In December 2009, NBN Co released a Wholesale Bitstream Product Consultation Paper.

This was followed by industry forums and participation by NBN Co in the Communications Alliance's "NBN Connect" sessions.

Below is a list of the organisations and individuals who have made submissions in response to the consultation paper.

*The document was removed at the request of the FTTH Council after it expressed concern that despite the disclaimers that some of the points were not consensus views, some of its members were being associated with these views. This conveyed an incorrect impression and in the interest of its general membership the document has been withdrawn.

NBN Co has now released its response to those submissions and thanks all those who have contributed, noting that key elements of its design and wholesale product offer for the proposed National Broadband Network have received significant industry support.
