NBN Co consultation paper business and enterprise fibre access services

The NBN Co Industry Consultation Paper for Business and Enterprise Fibre Access Services provides an overview of the features and functionality that NBN Co proposes to make available to its customers to support their downstream small and medium sized businesses, as well as larger enterprise and government organisations. It is the culmination of NBN Co's extensive engagement with the industry on its requirements for the business and enterprise markets over the course of 2011. 

The purpose of the document is to seek feedback on NBN Co's proposed Business Service, Medium Business Service and Enterprise Ethernet Service over the fibre network, including the following:

• product features
• high level technical capabilities; and
• pricing constructs.

The Business and Enterprise Fibre Access Services Consultation Paper is intended to be a guide for the industry's product development organisations in the consideration and the development of their own industry-leading customer offerings over the NBN, as well as assisting NBN Co in the further refinement of its services. 

NBN Co is committed to ongoing industry and customer consultation, and welcomes feedback on any aspect of this paper.  Feedback may be provided to NBN Co formally via email to with the subject line "Business and Enterprise Fibre Access Service" or via a customer's Account Management team.  NBN Co requests that feedback be provided by 17^th February 2012.
