NBN Co Forum 2011
The NBN Co Forum was held in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney during the first half November providing Access Seekers, Government, industry and local community groups insight into what NBN Co has achieved in 2011 and what is planned for the year ahead. It was also an opportunity to learn how the National Broadband Network is being built to help create an exciting digital future for Australia.

NBN Explained launches on YouTube
NBN Co has launched four new videos to answer every day questions about the NBN. These short videos cover: What is the National Broadband Network? How will my telephone work on the NBN? How do I get connected? And for Property Developers, how do I get NBN Co to fibre my estate? To watch the videos or to get the embedding codes for your website go to the NBN Co's YouTube channel.
NBN Co Product Facts coming soon
The NBN Co Product Team is developing a series of product fact sheets for Access Seekers. These fact sheets will answer frequently asked questions in relation to the NBN Co Product and will also cover how particular devices, such as fax machines, will work on the network; frequently asked product questions; and even insights from our Customer Focused Design research.
Two Product fact sheets under consideration are a Q&A on NBN Co's Product Release 1 Pricing and a Q&A on voice products that will work on the NBN, however we would also like your input into what Product Fact Sheets would be of benefit to you. Please email your thoughts and ideas to
NBN Live
NBN Live showcases applications that could benefit from the National Broadband Network. In this month's NBN Live we showcase "Connections". "Connections" is a NSW Department of Education and Training initiative that connects public schools to experts around the globe.
Market Perspectives
Market Perspectives shares the latest trends and insights from around the world. In November's Market Perspectives we focus on the latest ABS Internet Activity report. Read the ABS' reports about what is happening with data usage, ADSL subscriptions the growth in fixed broadband.
The Rollout
The November Ready for Service Plan is now available for download. The Monthly Ready for Service Rollout Plan is released each month, covering the Rollout Regions that have entered design and construction within the Fibre and Wireless footprints.
