Tower, site and facilities access for emergency services

Standard offer to access nbn® towers, and associated sites and facilities for emergency service organisations


nbn is required under the National Broadband Network Companies Act 2011 to make available a standard offer to provide emergency service organisations (ESOs) with access to our towers, and associated sites and facilities, subject to certain terms and conditions. These arrangements are intended to assist ESOs in carrying out their day to day emergency services related operations and improve their operational efficiency.

ESOs that may be eligible to take advantage of this offer include police, fire, ambulance and state or territory emergency services.
