- I will provide technical, commercial and financial information about my company.
- I will provide a forecast, by POI, of projected sales volumes for each nbn® product.
- I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to the modules and agreements outlined in these pages. I have sought independent legal counsel to the extent that I deemed such advice necessary in connection with the review and expected execution of these agreements.
- I acknowledge that I have considered my backhaul options from the nbn POI to my network, and have engaged relevant third parties for costs and timing.
- I have considered how our company’s network will interface with the nbn network.
- I have considered my training strategy to ensure competency across critical areas.
- I have considered my sales and marketing strategy to support my ambitions to be a direct nbn Retail Services Provider.
