Selling nbn® products and services

There are many factors to being successful selling services over the nbn network. Here are a few things to consider:

  • Focus on your pitch
    As an nbn Retail Services Provider, you will need to find a way to differentiate yourself from the competition and be clear on the key reason why a customer would want to choose your offering.
  • Brand awareness
    Most of what we have focused on to this point has been technical in nature. As you move forward, you will need to consider your investment in marketing and your marketing strategy.
  • Scale to compete
    It's vitally important in the enterprise space that you have the ability to compete nationally. This may require an investment at most of our 121 POIs.
  • Panels
    For large corporations or government agencies, you may need to be on their supplier panel. Getting on these panels is getting your foot in the door.
  • Customer support
    Investment in APIs is a critical success factor, as is your customer support strategy. Your customer support strategy can be a differentiator in the market.
