Dr Rob Joyce is Head of Customer Strategy and Innovation at NBN Co.

Rob joined nbn as Head of Customer Strategy and Innovation in August 2023. He leads a team responsible for understanding how nbn’s customers use the nbn^® network today and, more importantly, in the future. He is also responsible for nbn’s Discovery Experience Centre located in North Sydney where nbn and its partners demonstrate many of the innovations enabled by nbn’s pioneering Fibre, Wireless and Satellite networks.

Rob has over 30 years of academic and industrial experience in telecommunications, and prior to nbn worked for several network operators and vendors around the globe.
